Thank you to Mountjoy Financial, who sponsored a 3-game tournament on June 8, 2024. Visiting teams were from Milton, Guelph, Kitchener (Heritage) clubs. The top four finishers were from Elora:
Winners were the team of Tony Morris & Sharon Beer.
2nd place went to Ev Robson & Helen Mills.
3rd John Cuming & Norma Seibert.
4th to Gino Toso & Micky Henerson.
About Us
Welcome to the Elora Rocks Bowling Club. Since 1906 our members have been enjoying competitive lawn bowling and having great fun doing it. Our wonderful greens and facilities are at 74 David Street East in Elora.
Lawn bowling is a sport that can be enjoyed by all ages. It is a sport that you can start at any age, and it is never too late to take up the game.
We bowl from May to September. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we have league play – players are teamed in pairs for the season, with novices matched to more experienced players. On Mondays and Wednesdays we have jitneys – just turn up and teams are made up at random. We also have "pick-your-own-partner" games on Wednesdays. During the season there are tournaments which are open to any bowler affiliated to the Ontario Lawn Bowls Association.
